New Year’s Resolutions


As the festive season of over indulging and living life without regrets comes to an end, the New Year is fast approaching with pressures to revamp, transform and better yourself. If you are anything like me, you will conjure up a last minute resolution just before the clock turns to midnight on New Year’s Eve, and end up not sticking to it, or worse still, forgetting it by the morning. This year I’m vowing to make, and stick to, my 2014 New Year’s resolution, and I’m encouraging you to do the same. A New Year’s resolution doesn’t need to be anything grandiose, the key is to start small and make your goal a habit first.
