Title: High Protein Crustless Cheesecake

Macronutrients: Carbs – 15g Protein – 41g Fat – 62.4g,
Note this is for the whole batch, you can shape them however you want based on your baking tray. These ones were done using a cupcake tray.
Do not be scared by the fat content of this meal.. Read why fats are important here..
2/3 (150g) cup of cream cheese
2/3 cup (200g) of greek yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla whey
2 tsp of Vanilla extract
½ cup of stevia
- Preheat the oven to 180°c
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour into a silicone baking tray or a springform pan.
- If you bake them as mini cheesecakes like I did, they will take roughly 20mins in the oven – be careful not to overcook them. If you are using one large baking tray, they will vary depending on its size & depth, but it should take approximately 30 minutes – after which you should turn off the oven and let it set a little longer.
- Let the cheesecakes, or cheesecake, cool for at least an hour.
Easy as that..
Literally takes no time at all and there are no crazy ingredients either.
