When we are on the go then having a sit down meal full of goodness is not always possible or practical.

Bread is eating in large quantities in the UK, my guess is that the majority consume white bread.

Everyone likes a sandwich but a sandwich can be “a filler” or it can be reasonably nutritious.

Improve your diet in small chunks.

Swap your chicken mayonnaise sandwich on white bread ..

For a seed bread, with red pepper houmous, chicken and half an avocado.
This will lower saturated fat, increased unsaturated fats (“good” fats) lower glycemic index and include more nutrients.
