At the moment I am weight training 4 times a week. Today was an upper body session at 10am.

This is the breakfast I had prior to training.

Porridge oats, skimmed milk with some raspberries.
A handful of almonds.
A banana.
This was followed by a whey protein shake (my protein).

This is a low cost, low glycemic, high energy, protein filled breakfast.

Eating healthy isn’t expensive. You just have to have the correct raw ingredients.
