If you are trying to stay on track with your health and training goals then indulging in foods high in saturated fat or sugar should be avoided.

Everyone like to have a snack when watching programmes or a film.

Ditch the chocolates, crisps, sweet and swap them for some healthier alternatives.

Last night I watched Pineapple Express with my girlfriend and we made a little feast far more nutritious than a bag of popcorn or a king size bar of chocolate.

The foods are almonds, pistachios, roasted seeds, various vegetables and dips, rivita and red thai chicken.

It may not be a perfect meal but its a far better alternative to the typical cinema food.
