There is an article about protein intake in the current issue of muscle and fitness.

As I said on my previous protein post you can’t use much protein per meal. The current issue explains and uses various studies to back it up that you can’t use more than 25g per meal.

Don’t waste the money!!doht cook more than you need.

Eat more foods along side the protein source e.g veg!!

Or if using supplements don’t take more than 30g after training.
